Following our recent successful rollout of the iNet X Timer function, we are now announcing the launch of the iNet X Connect.
Unfortunately, we cannot meet our previously planned date of summer 2024.
We are aware that the delay is causing some concern. However, our aim at Truma is to bring a product or system onto the market that meets our high quality standards and thus guarantees excellent customer satisfaction. This is what Truma has stood for for 75 years.
Based on our commitment to quality, we gratefully welcome your feedback. That’s because we are developing a tool that will form the basis for numerous applications across the entire Truma Group company network in terms of security, sustainability and service capability. For the first time, this tool includes IoT (Internet of Things) elements and is therefore groundbreaking for the entire company. That’s why technical development is not purely focussed on Connect at the moment; instead, we are working on a future-orientated overall system.
We replaced one system with another too early and estimated the time of the product launch differently. Of course, this should have been avoided, but we are extremely confident about the future and see the countless possibilities for all our customers that our technical innovations will offer. As usual, we will share any further updates with you here.
