I cannot establish a connection between my iNet X (Pro) panel and the iNet X app. What is the problem and what can I do?

Depending on the operating system, the following steps must be performed:

Android:
  • Disconnect the panel via the app (App – Settings – Device manager – "Disconnect")
  • Unpair Bluetooth connection from smartphone to iNet X (Pro) panel –> Set up, unpair, or find a Bluetooth accessory
  • Unpair the Bluetooth connection from the iNet X (Pro) panel to the smartphone –> tap the "iNet X App" button on the panel –> tap the listed smartphone –> tap the dustbin icon in the top right-hand corner
  • Open iNet X app on smartphone and follow setup instructions

iOS:
  • Disconnect the panel via the app (App – Settings – Device manager – "Disconnect")
  • Disconnect the Bluetooth connection from the iPhone to the iNet X (Pro) panel –> Disconnect the Bluetooth device
  • Unpair the Bluetooth connection from the iNet X (Pro) Panel to the iPhone –> tap the "iNet X App" button on the panel –> tap the listed smartphone –> tap the dustbin symbol in the top right-hand corner
  • Open the iNet X app on the iPhone and follow the setup instructions
