I have forgotten my password for my iNet X account and can no longer log in to the app. What do I need to do? I do not receive an email after resetting my password. What is the reason for this?

If the iNet X app has not been used for several months or has only been used without internet, the iNet X account is automatically logged off. The next time the app is started, an internet connection and logging in again is necessary.

The registered mail address and the password used are required for the login. If necessary, you can click on “Forgot password” in the login screen and have a new password sent to you after entering your own e-mail address.

Depending on the spam filter of your e-mail box, it may happen that our password mail ends up in the spam folder. Please check this folder if necessary.
